Conference Room and Education Space Reservations
Our Conference Room and Education spaces are available on a first come, first served reservation system. Members receive priority access to the reservation calendar and then the time slots open to the public.
The Conference Room can seat up to 20 people, 8 around the table.
The Education Space can accommodate 14 students with generous desk space and up to 18 students if less desk space is needed.
First, please fill out this form to notify us of your request.
Then, click here to request access to our reservation account: Roomzilla. You will be prompted to create an account in Roomzilla and, once we approve your request, you will be able to request your specific date and time.
Next, you will receive an invoice via Quickbooks.
Once your invoice has been satisfied, you will receive an approval for your reservation and you’ll be all set!

The Conference Room is available during the following times:
Hourly ($50/hr) any available time 8am-9pm M-F
In a four hour block ($150) any available time 8am-9pm M-F, or a full day 8am-5pm ($300).
On Saturdays time blocks are restricted to 8am-12pm ($150), 1pm-5pm ($150), 5pm-9pm ($150) or full day 8am-5pm ($300)- no hourly rentals.
The Education Space is available all the same times, with the exception of 8am-5pm M-F, when it is used as coworking space.
